India News: NEW DELHI: A Delhi court on Saturday issued an arrest warrant against Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) chief and 26/11 Mumbai attack mastermind Ha.
State police chief Datuk Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay (pic) said the suspects, aged between 22 and 33 years old, were arrested during a raid at about 10.35am Tuesday (Feb 2). The house had been turned into a call centre where the suspects would call victims and trick them into parting with their money. They would pretend to be PosLaju officers, claiming that the victim has a parcel that is under custody for containing illegal items. They would then connect the victim to another line where another person would pretend to be a police officer offering to help the victim lodge a police report to escape being arrested or have legal action taken against them.
