KAFF News Final Day Of “Catch 22” Focuses On A Search For A Prescott Valley Man Today is the final day of Yavapai Silent Witness’ “Catch 22” program. Today we focus on 29-year-old Jonathon Robert Bracher from Prescott Valley. Back on November 21st, 2017, Bracher was moving out of a Prescott Valley home and stole two guns on his way out. He is a convicted felon and is prohibited from possessing a firearm. Then on December 7th of 2017, Yavapai County Sheriff’s officials say a deputy noticed a car driving slowly north on I-17 in Black Canyon City so he tried to stop it. When the deputy ran a check on the car he found it was owned by Bracher and there was a missing person’s report out on him. The car pulled away from the deputy and started going south on northbound I-17. The deputy didn’t follow for safety reasons. Moments later, DPS located the car in the area of Bumble Bee Road and indicated the driver had fled after backing into a guardrail. Bracher was arre
