Vice President Harris to Visit Milwaukee Tuesday

MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) Another member of the Biden Administration will be traveling to Wisconsin next week. Vice President Kamala Harris is going to be traveling to Wisconsin. According to an email from the White House, she will be visiting Milwaukee on Tuesday, May 4th. No further details were released at this time on Vice President Harris’ stop, but the White House says more information will come at a later date. President Biden visited the state in February for a TV town hall held at the Pabst Theatre in Milwaukee. At the town hall, Biden talked about the American Rescue Plan, which was not passed until mid-March, and answered questions from a small audience. It was the first trip Biden made outside of Washington D.C. since his inauguration on January 20th.

(Photo by SAUL LOEB/AFP via Getty Images) (CNSNews.com) - If President Joe Biden wants to bring some sense of clarity to the administration’s police reform plan, he would tell the Democrats to “back off some of their bonehead ideas,” Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.) told Fox News’s “America Reports” on Wednesday. “If the president wants to solve this problem, he would tell some of my Democratic colleagues to back off some of their bonehead ideas. I don t expect him to do that. No one in the Senate believes that police should not be punished for misbehavior. The issue is qualified immunity,” the senator said.
