Just A Thought: Good times being a kid

When I did;
Seldom in the house,
‘Til I finished my chores.
Helped raise chickens
Spinning in circles
Came real close
We played games hard,
Our own choosing.
But didn’t waste time
With worry and stewing.
When I did;
Be a kid.
