Beggar stabs fellow to death over zakat in Pabna Star Digital Report Star Digital Report A beggar was stabbed to death by another beggar when they went to receive zakat from a businessman s house in Pabna s Boro Bazar area this noon. The victim, Alladi Khatun (55), along with several hundred beggars, gathered at the house of Harunur Rashid at Panir Tank area of the district to receive zakat, reports our correspondent quoting Nasim Ahmed, officer-in-charge of Pabna Sadar Police Station. The OC said Alladi and few other beggars had a dispute over going to the front amidst a huge gathering. At one stage, a beggar suddenly stabbed Alladi, the OC said quoting witnesses, adding that the perpetrator could not be identified immediately.
