Annual Kid s Day at the fair set for Aug 3

Green River Star - Aug. 4 will be Kid’s Day at Wyoming’s Big Show. Entertainment will be available throughout the day for children of all ages to enjoy. Lanky the Clown and Pirate Man Dan will be strolling the grounds and will be sure to make people laugh. Hypnotist Michael Swenson and the Zuma Zuma Acrobats will havemultiple shows throughout the day to amaze audiences. Wild Science! has many interactive zones to get your child interested in science. For children who love animals, they won’t want to miss shows by Wildlife Wendy with her tropical birds or Reptile Adventures featuring snakes and more. Kids can stop by the petting zoo to pet and feed cute animals plus ride a pony.

Knox County Fair returns July 20-24

By Web Desk Jul 19, 2021 | 11:36 PM BICKNELL, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – One of Indiana’s oldest county fairs is returning to the valley. The Knox County Fair will run from July 20 through July 24. Visitors can expect 4-H activities, and food booths as well as carnival rides. Gates open Tuesday at 4 p.m. with an admission fee of $5.00. Children under the age of 10 get in for free. “I think a lot of people are very excited to have livestock back here. We’re going to have our grandstand events are going to be full all week. We got our motor cross scheduled, our mud drags, pig pinning, and a few other different events in the grandstands,” 4-H Youth Development Educator Mitch Wagoner said.
