(ABC 6 News) - It has now been a year of the COVID-19 pandemic, joined by civil unrest not only in our country but primarily in Minnesota.
A recent public-opinion poll by Blue Cross Blue Shield Minnesota says that 42% of Minnesotans say racism is not a significant problem in this state. Race and racism have been institutionalized that they almost can run automatically. Unless we start to intervene with those systems, Andre Koen, program director of the Office of Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity at Mayo Clinic, said.
The study contained the results of a sample of 625 randomly selected adults within the state of Minnesota.
