Stamford, CT – Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits, a leading importer and marketer of award-winning wines and spirits from around the world, announced today that they have sold three wine brands from their portfolio to Total Beverage Solution, a full service national importer and supplier of premium award-winning niche beer, wine, and spirits.
Eppa Sangria, Skyfall Vineyards and Ruta 22 are the brands included in the deal. Total Beverage Solution will acquire 100% of these brands and WarRoom Cellars, an emerging high growth wine producer, will manage production and brand positioning. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
