Holey Moley‘s Greg Norman this week told his followers he had a COVID-19 positive test.
He admitted himself to Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center on Christmas Day and was released on Saturday. But he had to return on Sunday after he received another positive test.
“Now back in hospital after getting a positive result on my PCR CoVid test,” he wrote on Instagram. “Getting an infusion of Bamlanivimab antibody. The path to full recovery. Hoping to be out later today. Want to thank the excellent Doctors RN’s and staff at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center for their incredible dedication and professionalism looking after and caring for patients in need in the face of having CoVid in getting this infusion. If the FDA gives emergency use authorization to Moderna for its coronavirus vaccine, as expected, hospitals across the state that have not yet received doses of Pfizer s vaccine will be getting some of the new product next week.
Gov. DeSantis office released a list of 173 Florida hospitals in 43 counties that will be receving doses of Moderna s vaccine. The governor expects the state to get a shipment of 367,000 doses from the company next week.
Nine Palm Beach-area hospitals are among the ones statewide that are slated to receive the vaccine:
Cleveland Clinic in Martin County, Delray Medical Center, Good Samaritan in West Palm Beach, JFK Medical Center, Jupiter Medical Center, Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, Palms West Hospital, St. Mary s Medical Center in West Palm Beach and Wellington Regional Medical Center.

If the FDA gives emergency use authorization to Moderna for its coronavirus vaccine, as expected, hospitals across the state that have not yet received doses of Pfizer s vaccine will be getting some of the new product next week.
