Pedestrian in West Palm Beach dies after running into oncoming traffic, police say

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. â A 37-year-old man was killed after he ran into oncoming traffic Wednesday morning in West Palm Beach, police said.
Sgt. David Lefont said the incident occurred around 4:45 a.m. in the 1900 block of Palm Beach Lakes Blvd.
Investigators said the pedestrian ran north to south into traffic and was struck by a gray Hyundai Elantra that was traveling east.
Lefont said the man, later identified as Thomas McKeon, appeared to have been a guest at the nearby Holiday Inn.

The crash took place early Wednesday on Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard just west of Interstate 95.

WEST PALM BEACH A 37-year-old man died early Wednesday after running into traffic on Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard, West Palm Beach police said.
Thomas McKeon died in the crash, which took place shortly before 5 a.m. on the 1900 block just west of Interstate 95.
McKeon ran into traffic from the north side of Palm Beach Lakes at about 4:45 a.m. A grey Hyundai Elantra traveling eastbound in the inside lane hit him, city police said.
