PANAMA CITY Looking back on his career, Wayne Stubbs said his time with Port Panama City was extremely gratifying.
At 66 years old, Stubbs is nearing the end of an almost 20-year run as executive director of the port, which experienced more than $110 million in advancements during his tenure.
Although he led a charge to modernize and expand the facility, Stubbs was adamant that such growth would not have been possible without the help of his co-workers and the Panama City Port Authority.
