The recent news that Bill Gates, 65, and Melinda Gates, 56, are divorcing after 27 years of marriage took much of the world by surprise. The power couple appeared to be the picture of marital stability and longevity, having raised three children while founding and leading the world’s largest nonprofit, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, which has distributed over $54 billion in grants since its inception.
While we don’t know all the reasons behind the Gates’ decision, it is clear they are not alone in separating after decades together.

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Reitz Memorial High School announced Tuesday a new school President.
Christian Mocek will become school President starting July 1. He succeeds John K. Browning, who is retiring effective June 30.
Mocek comes to Reitz Memorial High School after serving seven years at Saint Meinrad Seminary and School of Theology in St. Meinrad, Indiana.
Mocek earned a bachelor’s degree in education, with minors in history and political science, from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. He earned a master’s degree in educational policy and leadership from the University of Michigan.
