Lady Gaga has been set to perform the national anthem at Joe Biden’s Jan. 20 inauguration. Jennifer Lopez is also going to perform that day.
The singer tweeted that she was “deeply honored” to be included in the “historic” event.
Fr. Leo O’Donovan will deliver the invocation that day, and Andrea Hall will lead the pledge of allegiance. Following the “Star-Spangled Banner,” Amanda Gorman will perform a poetry reading.

Tom Hanks is set to host “Celebrating America,” a multi-network primetime special honoring the inauguration of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
“Celebrating America” will air from 8:30 p.m. ET/PT to 10 p.m. ET/PT on Jan. 20 across ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN and MSNBC. It will also be streamed live on social media (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Twitch) and on Amazon Prime Video, Microsoft Bing, NewsNOW from Fox, and AT&T DIRECTV and U-verse.
Big Tech giants, including Google and Verizon, are among the high profile corporations listed as one of President-elect Joe Biden’s Inauguration Committee donors.
The Biden Inaugural Committee has released a list of all contributors who donated over $200 (USD), but did not stipulate how much each contributor donated.
The revelations that major technology companies donated to the Biden Inaugural Committee comes as Parler, a social media app favoured by conservatives, is driven off the internet.
