Michael Adam Davis, 36, of Kasson, is charged in Dodge County District Court with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct, all felonies. He s accused of assaulting the boy at the youth s home, where Davis often stayed. The alleged victim s family were members of the Church of Latter-day Saints (LDS) in Kasson and considered Davis family, according to the criminal complaint.

Dodge Center man pleads not guilty to child sex abuse Michael Davis Posted: May 5, 2021 1:07 PM Posted By: Mike Bunge MANTORVILLE, Minn. – A Dodge Center man accused of sexually abusing a child is pleading not guilty. Michael Adam Davis, 36, is charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct. He was charged in April 2019 after an investigation that began with a March 2019 traffic stop. Law enforcement says Davis, a registered sex offender, was pulled over for not having his seat belt on and was found with a juvenile passenger. Court documents state the juvenile passenger’s mother later called authorities and said her child claimed to have been sexually abused by Davis. Investigators say they spoke to the child, who described several instances of sexual contact with Davis.

Ron was recruited at a Kent State job fair where he had graduated with an Associate’s degree in Business and Computer Technology. In addition, Ron served in the US Army as a Procurement Specialist. His education combined with his military training made Ron an ideal candidate for a career in the part department. Throughout Ron’s career, he held several positions within the part department from counterperson to core and warranty administrator. HR Manager Mike Chronister acted as emcee for the event and introduced Parts Department Manager Adam Davis who proceeded to highlight Ron’s notable traits and characteristics that contribute to his career success. Huber s West End Market in Lancaster to close Sunday, be remade under new owners

After more than half a century of serving generations of customers, the Hubers will be stepping away from their namesake Lancaster city market. While the family that started and then expanded Huberâs West End Market will be saying goodbye with free hotdogs and live music from noon to 3 p.m. Sunday, the grocery store at 501 W. Lemon St. wonât be going away. The circa-1920 building was bought earlier this month by Adam and Tracey Davis, who plan to renovate it and then have Horse Inn owners Matthew and Starla Russell operate it as West End Market, keeping it a small grocery store, but expanding its offerings.
