Police have named a Stoke-on-Trent man set to appear in court after a fatal crash in North Staffordshire.
Shaun Warren was riding his green Kawasaki motorcycle on Parkhouse Road, Newcastle, when he was involved in a collision near to the junction with Rosevale Road, on August 7 last year.
