UPDATE 12/17/2020 - Jeremy Fitzgerald, 34, and Turliscea Turner, 29, both of Memphis, Tennessee, have been federally charged in a criminal complaint with kidnapping a two-year-old boy whom they later abandoned at a Goodwill Store in Southaven, Mississippi. D. Michael Dunavant, U.S. Attorney announced the kidnapping charge in the federal complaint today.

GREENE COUNTY, Ark. (KAIT) - A former Greene County sheriffâs lieutenant arrested in 2019 pleaded guilty to stealing over $30,000 of FBI money.
According to a media release Monday from Cody Hiland, Office of the United States Attorney Eastern District of Arkansas, Scott Pillow pleaded guilty to one count of theft of government funds.
The investigation began in 2019 after investigators received information that Pillow was abusing his role with the Greene County Sheriffâs Office.

Scott Pillow, 56, of Paragould, a former Greene County deputy, has pleaded guilty to stealing $30,000 when the FBI set him up for a sting in a fake drug deal.

After receiving information that former Lieutenant Pillow might be abusing his role with the Greene County Sheriff’s Office, FBI Special Agents and Task Force Officers conducted a ruse narcotics investigation and sought Pillow’s help with the investigation. On November 4, 2019, FBI parked a rental vehicle in a commercial parking lot in Paragould and staged a glass drug pipe in the vehicle along with a red backpack containing $76,000. The cash was divided into ten bundles of $7,600 each, and investigators recorded the serial numbers.

Foote for illegal possession of drugs and firearms. Charles David Dreesen, 33, of Woodlawn, Texas, was sentenced to 230 months (19 years, 2 months) in prison, followed by 5 years of supervised release, for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and possession of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking crime.
