Bray Wyatt s Before/After 2020 Photo is Hilariously Depressing

2020 was a rough year for just about everyone, and few people on WWE s active roster embody just how bad the year was quite like Bray Wyatt. The @WWEonFOX Twitter account captured just how rough the year was for the former Eater of Worlds in a single photo on Tuesday, showing Wyatt back in January when he was still the Universal Champion and this past Sunday when he was set on fire by Randy Orton.
To recap, Wyatt was still in his first reign as Universal Champion and was kicking off a feud with Daniel Bryan at the start of the year, leading to a surprisingly decent Strap Match at the Royal Rumble. But things went off the rails almost immediately from there. NXT Star Cameron Grimes Reportedly Undergoes Surgery

Last week s NXT saw Cameron Grimes lose against Tommaso Ciampa, then get attacked by Timothy Thatcher. Grimes popped up on NXT s next injury report, though it was unclear as to the severity of his injury (plus, that list often lists storyline injuries).
PWInsider reported on Thursday that Grimes underwent surgery to repair an injury last week, and Wednesday s NXT broadcast confirmed he will only be gone for four-to-six weeks.
Grimes built up his reputation on the independent scene as Trevor Lee from 2014-19, working primarily for Impact Wrestling and PWG. He signed with WWE in early 2019 and arrived on television later in the year as part of the NXT Breakout Tournament. It wasn t until this year that he started showing off his more bombastic persona and adding his To the Moon! catchphrase.
Cameron Grimes Reportedly Undergoes Surgery
WWE NXT Superstar Cameron Grimes is reportedly dealing with a legitimate injury.
As noted, it was announced during last night’s NXT episode that Grimes is expected to be out of action for 4-6 weeks. It was not clear if Grimes was legitimately injured, or just pulled from TV for storyline reasons.
In an update, PWInsider reports that Grimes underwent surgery last week, and will be out of action until he is medically cleared to compete. There was no confirmation yet on what kind of injury the operation was for.
