Clinton School renews global partnership with Gammadda for 2021 Clinton School renews global partnership with Gammadda for 2021 Written by Share: Colombo (News 1st); For the second year running, the Clinton School of Public Service at the University of Arkansas, US will partner with The Gammadda Movement in Sri Lanka, to carry out projects based on a research study in two separate disciplines as part of the International Public Service Project Initiative. Two students from the Clinton School of Public Service were selected for the 2021 study program. Rodrigo E. Santos Legaspi, is a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso and Master of Public Service Candidate at the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service, and was a Latino Outreach Intern at Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign headquarters in Brooklyn.
