Kennebunk High School Class of 2021 Top 10% of students

Portsmouth Herald KENNEBUNK, Maine Kennebunk High School has announced the students who are in the Top 10% for the Class of 2021. Commencement ceremonies for the Class of 2021 will take place on Sunday, June 6 at 10 a.m. at the Kennebunk High School field. Nicholas Albaum, Valedictorian Nicholas Albaum of Kennebunk, the son of Dr. Tammi Bittler and Dr. Michael Albaum, is the valedictorian of his class. He is a National Merit Scholarship Finalist, and was a member of the National Honor Society. He was also a member of Kennebunk Swim and Dive (captain), Ultimate Frisbee Team (captain), and a runner on the cross country team. He will be attending Brown University to study biochemistry and to continue playing ultimate frisbee.

Salem State University honors Billerica resident

Submitted to the Billerica Minuteman Submitted to the Billerica Minuteman Billerica resident Annabelle Dionne was recently named a 2021 Creativity Award recipient from the Center for Creative and Performing Arts at Salem State University, and will travel to Berlin this summer to perform on stage.  Dionne is an alumna of the class of 2021 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in music with minors in English and history. Her plans after graduation include advanced study in both musicology and ethnomusicology.   The Creativity Awards are presented annually by Salem State’s Center for Creative and Performing Arts to 10, outstanding students in the disciplines of art and design, creative writing, dance, music, and theatre.

Students receiving the Honesty Award were: Ella Chamberlin, Evangelina Davidson, Evelyn Robertson, Owen McGowan, Finn Mullen, Khaleesi Breton, Aubrey Couch, Ayden Basinet, Raeanna Fallin, Sophia Davis, Taryn Mullen, Owen Jordan, and Oliver Reavley. Students receiving the Creativity Award were: Elizabeth Guzman, Evelyn Curtis, Brycen Carr, Benjamin Brown, Aden Daniello, Warren Fallin, Emma Emery, Harper Hendrick, Kacy Callahan, Nadia Markwith, Leighton Petty, Mikaela Callahan, Trudee McClellan, Riley Donahue, Morty Payor, and Ericka Bailey.
