Carl Crawford, the City of Duluth’s Human Rights Officer, said he would never forget May 25th, 2020 the day that Floyd was killed.
“Like many, I was at home and I kept getting emails and texts to ask if I had seen the video and I was just horrified when I saw what I saw, and that was the murder of George Floyd,” Crawford said.
