A police spokesman said: Gentles is wanted for breaching court bail conditions and despite numerous enquiries, he has not yet been located. Officers believe he may be living and working in the Doncaster area of South Yorkshire, but he is also known to have multiple connections in the Selby area. A Range Rover was stolen last night Quick-thinking police officers managed to track down a £125,000 Range Rover within an hour of it being stolen. The car was taken from an address in Oakhurst Avenue in Harpenden just before midnight last night (April 28). Hertfordshire Constabulary says the number plates had been replaced with clones. The car was believed to have been driven in convoy with a Ford Fiesta to St Albans, on to Maple Cross and into Thames Valley. The Range Rover was stopped in Denham Way in Maple Cross at 12.50am. Officers from Thames Valley Police stopped a Ford Fiesta in Chesham.

Police have launched the witness appeal POLICE are appealing for witnesses to an attempted robbery at a store in York - where a member of staff was threatened with a knife. At around 9.40pm yesterday (April 28), a man entered the Spar store in Bad Bargain Lane in York and demanded cash from a staff member and threatened them with a knife. Police said the man, thought to be in his mid-20’s with a medium build and around 6ft tall, left the store empty handed, but as he left he knocked over a wine rack, potentially leaving him with stained clothes and shoes. He then ran off in the direction of the cycle path in Rawdon Avenue.
