Morčacie stehná vo vínovej omáčke
Potrebujeme: 3 – 4 (cca 2 kg) morčacie stehná, soľ, mleté čierne korenie, 2 polievkové lyžice olivového oleja, 160 g na kúsky nakrájanej slaniny, 3 najemno pokrájané malé šalotky alebo 1 malú cibuľu, 500 ml suchého bieleho vína, 700 ml vody alebo kuracieho vývaru, 10 stoniek čerstvého tymianu plus 1,5 čajovej lyžičky nasekaného, 55 g masla, 450 g rozštvrtených šampiňónov, 3 najemno nakrájané strúčiky cesnaku, hrsť nasekanej petržlenovej vňate, čerstvú citrónovú šťavu
