St Johnstone FC among 16 Scots firms named and shamed in rogues gallery of minimum wage fails SIXTEEN Scottish-based companies including major names such as St Johnstone FC and Pizza Hut have been identified as rogue employers and been named and shamed for failing to pay the minimum wage. Offending Scots-based firms failed to pay nearly £900,000 to over 11,000 workers, in what was described as a completely unacceptable breach of employment law . Employers who pay workers less than the minimum wage have to pay back arrears of wages to the worker at current minimum wage rates.
