Indie World Showcase returns tomorrow with a 20-minute livestream
Mario and
Zelda are great, but sometimes it’s nice to kick back with a game from a smaller team. That’s where the Indie World Showcase comes in! Nintendo uses these livestream presentations to shine the spotlight on upcoming Switch titles from indie developers, and it’s a great place to find unique passion projects. Indie World Showcase returns
The new Indie World Showcase is scheduled for tomorrow, April 14. The livestream will last for 20 minutes, and it’s focused on “fresh and new indie games coming to Nintendo Switch.” Nintendo didn’t specify whether or not it will stick to 2021 releases. Shovel Knight: The Definitive Soundtrack is now available
Brave Wave Productions, a music label based out in Japan has announced that they will be releasing Shovel Knight: The Definitive Soundtrack. This soundtrack includes 48 tracks from the game as well as a booklet featuring composer interviews and exclusive artwork. Owners will also be able to stream the soundtrack through the company’s free Bandcamp app. The soundtrack is available in both CD format and vinyl.
In addition to the release of this soundtrack, the company will also be releasing two exclusive posters with art drawn by Hitoshi Ariga. Ariga has done art for the Pokemon Trading Card Game, as well as other anime and video games. These posters will also be available on the Brave Wave online store along with the soundtrack

Now through May 31, 2021, Shovel Knight fans can swing by the nearest Arby’s drive-thru and pick up one of seven different Shovel Knight token launchers with the purchase of an Arby’s Kids Meal. The tokens also come with exclusive DLC cheat codes that are compatible with the Nintendo Switch and Steam versions of Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove.
