Ludhiana: The main accused in the Issewal gang rape case in Ludhiana has been granted bail by the Punjab and Haryana High Court. The accused Jagrup Singh got bail on the eve of the death anniversary of Nirbhaya, who was gang raped in Delhi in a moving bus on December 16. She later died at a hospital in Singapore on December 29.
