Print article Five people were stranded Friday when poor weather prevented three planes from flying off Ruth Glacier in Denali National Park, Alaska State Troopers said. Officials eventually hired guides to lead the group to their nearest shelter at Sheldon Chalet, troopers wrote. On Friday, the five people arrived at Ruth Glacier in a Cessna 180 and two Piper PA18 planes, troopers wrote in an online statement. The group was at an altitude of about 4,500 feet when inclement weather prevented them from flying out, troopers wrote, and so they spent Friday night on the glacier.

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) - Marshall County Sheriffâs Office responded to call of a body found on the side the road in Albertville.
According to MCSO, they received reports of someone crawling on the side of the road at Martling Road and Jupiter Circle around 10:30 p.m. Friday night. Deputies said when they arrived they located a white male.
The body was transported to forensics in Huntsville and the cause of death is still under investigation, however deputies believe foul play is involved.

An already beat-up New Zealand Warriors side will most likely be without the services of star prop Addin Fonua-Blake on Friday when they take on the Manly Sea Eagles.
The Warriors marquee off-season signing limped off with an unspecified knee injury in the 14th minute of the team s 32-12 loss to the Roosters on Sunday evening and coach Nathan Brown isn t optimistic about his chances of being ready to take the field again in five days.

An ambulance is on its side after a crash involving a ute towing a boat on Auckland s North Shore this afternoon.
It s not yet known if anyone has been badly hurt in either vehicle after the 12.15pm crash on Constellation Dr in Rosedale, police say.
A passerby told the Herald the crash occurred on an off-ramp at the motorway interchange between Upper Harbour Highway and State Highway 1.
