WhatsApp to soon roll out a support thread for users.
WhatsApp continuously works on bringing more and more useful features. It has recently started testing out a new feature where the users will be able to chat with the messaging platform itself in order to report any bugs. The feature is currently being tested internally and it should be made available to the masses soon.Â
According to a report by WABetaInfo, the feature will be called âSupport Chat Threadsâ and it is currently being tested on Android and iOS platforms. The feature will be made available in an upcoming update of the app.Â
WHATSAPP is hard at work on a new feature designed to make storing your conversations more secure because as it stands, your WhatsApp back-ups aren t anywhere near as secure as you think.
While WhatsApp allows you to back up your conversations to the cloud, these backups aren't encrypted. This could soon change in newer builds of the app.
The latest update is now live on the Apple app store and comes with minor changes to the instant messaging app. The new features include a new progress bar animation that has been added for voice messages.
