Twenty-two animals - including goats, chickens and ducks - were surrendered to MSPCA’s Nevins Farm in Methuen after temperatures dropped to single digits last month.
“As temperatures dropped to single digits last Thursday falling to what ultimately would end in the coldest day of 2021 a menagerie of adorable farm animals living on a central Massachusetts property was whisked to safety inside the barn at the MSPCA at Nevins Farm in Methuen, Mass,” MSPCA said in a statement.
