Soulja Boy has responded after he is sued by a woman for sexual assault and battery. Through his rep, the rapper denied that he ever laid a hand on her or any other women, debunking the lawsuit and allegations as non-sense. Soulja would never put his hands on a female, Soulja s representative tells TMZ. He wouldn t beat a woman or put his hands on a woman, the rep insists, before claiming, this is non-sense!!!
Soulja Boy has reportedly been sued by his former assistant, who claims he raped her during the time she spent as his employee.
A woman, who has identified herself as Jane Doe, filed a legal complaint in Los Angeles Superior Court against the Atlanta-bred rapper on Thursday (Jan. 21), claiming that he raped her, held her hostage, subjected her to a hostile work environment and did not pay her wages that she earned.
The woman, who began working for the 30-year-old artist around December of 2018, also alleges that Soulja expected her to be readily available at all times to cook, clean, chauffeur and perform personal assistant duties. Soulja Boy agreed to compensate the woman $500 a week for her services, which reportedly required her undivided attention 20 hours a day, seven days a week.
Soulja Boy has been accused of raping and assaulting his former personal assistant over a two-year period.
The 30-year-old rapper is being sued by an anonymous woman, who claims he kidnapped and brutalized her shortly after she was hired in December 2018. In her lawsuit, the alleged victim said the harassment began when he sent her unsolicited pictures of his penis.
According to PEOPLE, the woman, who filed as “Jane Doe,” also claims Soulja created a hostile work environment and failed to pay her wages.

According to the lawsuit, Soulja would “become enraged” if the woman got comments on her Instagram page or if her phone rang. After another violent instance, she says he threatened her saying, “I should have killed you.”

Soulja Boy, the US rapper with hits including Crank That (Soulja Boy) and Kiss Me Thru the Phone, has been accused of sexual assault and battery, which he denies.
The 30-year-old, real name DeAndre Way, was sued by his former personal assistant, who is not named. In the lawsuit, she accuses him of locking her in a room for three days and repeatedly raping her. She also alleges he physically and verbally abused her, and that he withheld payment from her. Lawyer Neama Rahmani said the alleged victim was “traumatised and filled with fear” by Way’s actions, and is seeking damages and a jury trial.
