The southwest monsoon or “habagat” enhanced by typhoon “In-fa” (formerly “Fabian”) may continue to bring rains over most of Luzon in the next 24 hours, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Sunday morning, July 25.
Scattered to widespread moderate to at times heavy rains may prevail over Metro Manila, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Abra, Benguet, Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Cavite, Batangas, Occidental Mindoro, and Calamian Islands.
Scattered light to moderate rains with at times heavy rains may also affect Batanes, Cagayan, Quirino, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Apayao, Ifugao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Aurora, Laguna, Rizal, Quezon, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, and the rest of Palawan.
