Police charge two people in connection to break-ins over five months

  WINNIPEG Winnipeg police have arrested and charged two people in connection with more than a dozen break-ins between Dec. 26, 2020 and April 13, 2021. Police said the break-ins happened at both residential and commercial properties and it has resulted in more than $20,000 in damages.
