Families are able to hug and hold hands with their loved ones for ten minutes while wearing full PPE – gown, gloves, face shield and N95 mask.In the video above, Nora Christensen hugs her dad Jim for one of the first times in almost a year. She ends visit with a kiss on her dad’s head through her face shield and says I love you.
