We saw the versatility of the Nike SB Dunk expand from the Ben and Jerry’s collaboration, to the bright orange Syracuse colorway. Now, the 1985 silhouette of the Dunk has made a very big return – and people want more.
Last year we saw a lot of play on colorful Dunks. This year, Nike will still lean toward the colorful side, while offering neutral tones as well. One of the biggest drops this year will feature the “University Blue” from UNC’s light blue colorway, which made headlines when Sneaker News dropped a photo of the shoe. Baby blue has long been a favorite amongst sneakerheads, especially after Virgil Abloh’s collaboration in his Off-White “University Blue” Jordan 1 release.

Yes, even more Nike Dunks are on the way. And if these look slightly familiar, it s because the women s versions of the on-hand colorways released earlier this month. Now, however, men can look forward to the Vast Grey, Medium Grey/Varsity Red, and Black/Hyper Cobalt iterations launching in February.
For Spring 2021, Nike is bringing a new perspective to the signature color-blocking of the Dunk. Select colorways are nods to classic Dunks, having been updated with the latest advancements by Nike.

Virgil Abloh recently announced that his longstanding partnership with Nike will see seven new sneakers added to the mix. The designer shared news of the forthcoming Off-White™ x Nike kicks earlier this week via the launch of his Public Domain website.
The site showed pixelated images of the upcoming sneakers labeled as “actually pending” alongside many of his other models from “The Ten.” In addition, fans can delve into the history of Off-White™ x Nike and also peruse an archive of samples and unreleased designs.
