That was the case for a Mobile woman, who said she has spent the better part of almost two years talking to credit ratings agencies and keeping up with credit cards issued in her name. “The Mobile police were excellent,” she said. “It took over a year, almost two years to see that this woman was arrested.” FOX10 News agreed not to identify the victim or the woman accused of stealing her identity. But FOX10 News verified the victim’s account with records in Mobile County Circuit Court, where the defendant has multiple charges pending.

Police seek Mobile bank robbery suspect Updated Jan 15, 2021; Mobile police are pursuing a man they said robbed a Mobile credit union Friday afternoon. The male suspect entered Navigator Credit Union at 1950 Government St. around 3:25 p.m. Friday and passed a note to the teller demanding money, police said. The suspect fled the credit union on foot “after receiving a minimum amount of money,” police said. He was described as about 6 feet tall, 220 pounds, clean shaven with short brown hair. He was wearing dark colored sweatshirt with a white undershirt, dark colored sweatpants and black, red and white sneakers.
