The COVID-19 pandemic made lunching something of a challenge in 2020. Many of the interviewees we had lined up were unable or unwilling to risk their health (or the wellbeing of the interviewer) by meeting face to face. The exceptions were health professionals, including Dr Michelle Mulligan and Professor David Isaacs who agreed to in person interviews in April.
