Arnette tells Class of 2021 to be kind to others and go be great

As the Boonville Class of 2021 left the Windsor gymnasium one by one for the final time Sunday during commencement, keynote speaker Abby Arnette emphasized over and over to the 118 graduates to be kind to others and be kind to themselves.
“I am so completely honored to have been chosen this year as your graduation speaker,” Arnette said. “I can’t help but feel that maybe this is a little bit of pay back for all of the presentations, class projects and speeches that I required a majority of you to do in sixth grade as well as your sophomore and junior year at BHS, so congratulation to the Class of 2020-21 you indeed got the last one in on me. But then again I am the one up here talking to all of you so maybe this one is my last chance to get the last one in as the host of the class of 2020-21 official roast. I’m just kidding.”

The Foxy Wings and Beerfly crew
Bedford will soon see a brand-new restaurant opening at Riverside North, after a crowdfunding target of £40,000 was smashed thanks to a partnership with a local concert producer.
The collaboration between Foxy Wings’ Matt and Gabs Pearson and Beerfly’s Tim Edwards will see the Clapham-based home kitchen take on a unit along the River Great Ouse in the centre of town.
They launched a crowdfunding campaign earlier this month with a £20,000 target. But thanks to hundreds of supporters donating between £25 and £1,000, that target was reached within just 72 hours.

With that under their belt, they decided to double their target so they could invest in signage that fits the upscale aesthetic of the riverside development and double their outdoor seating area.
