Tony Parker’s documentary “The Final Shot” debuts on Netflix today

First, there was Tony Parker’s autobiography,
Beyond All My Dreams, which came out in November 2020. Now, the Spurs legend opening up about his life even more in his documentary “The Final Shot”, which made its debut on streaming service Netflix today. The synopsis reads as follows:
”How do you become one of the greatest players in French basketball? ‘The Final Shot’, a retrospective documentary of Tony Parker’s career, with interviews of Kobe Bryant, Thierry Henry, David Robinson, and many others.”
(Note that the trailer above is from the Netflix France, hence the French subtitles, but I double checked on my Netflix here in Texas, and it has English subtitles, and the French is dubbed in English. Ironically, Tony is not the one who dubs himself.)

Switch to any Pakistani cable news channel, and it’s the same overly busy graphics, split screen, screamingly bright colours, the very rapid ticker tape reminding us of breaking news, while our ears are bombarded with the raised voices of the anchorpersons and the guests outshouting each other.
