National Folk Fellowship
Applications for the 2022 National Folk Fellowship program are now open and close at 1pm (AEST), Monday 16 August 2021.
Guidelines for the 2022 National Folk Fellowship
The annual National Folk Fellowship is offered jointly by the National Library of Australia and the National Folk Festival. The National Library holds the most significant collections of folklore and related material in Australia. This Fellowship offers a unique opportunity for the recipient to discover and explore original collected material at the Library for use in their own artistic work. The outcome of this residency at the National Library will result in a performance at the 2022 National Folk Festival, and any recordings arising from the project will be acquired for the National Library’s Oral History and Folklore colle
Annual Procurement Plan
Strategic Procurement Outlook: The National Library of Australia is a major centre for scholarship and research. We build, care for and provide access to a national collection of material in many forms. The Library is not a prescribed entity under the
Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 for purposes of the Commonwealth Procurement Rules but has chosen to comply with the principles and processes wherever appropriate.
The procurements listed in this forecast are anticipated at the time of creation of the Plan and as revised. However, there is no guarantee that any or all purchases will proceed; or that they will proceed at the time planned; or of the actual manner of approach to the market place.
