Greater Nashville Realtors has hired Jenifer Grady to be the association s first COO.
According to a release, Grady will oversee GNR day-to-day operations as well as the execution of its strategic plan and staff development. She will assume her role on Jan. 11.
Grady has been serving as the executive director of Tenn-Share, a consortium for discounted group database and e-book purchases serving 700-plus libraries across the state. Previously, she was the director of the American-Library Association-Allied Professional Association in Chicago. She came to ALA-APA after earning her master s degree in business administration from Case Western Reserve University in her hometown of Cleveland.
