WEST PALM BEACH About 100 people waving Cuban flags and holding signs demanding Libertad rallied on the corner of Clematis Street and Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach on Sunday, and many said it s time for the U.S. government to act more forcefully in its dealings with the Cuban government. A military intervention by the United States is necessary, said Keitel Leyva, a Cuban-born 23-year-old manning a bullhorn and leading chants in English and Spanish. There are no other options.
