The country has also seen six deaths and 80 recoveries from COVID-19-like pneumonia in the past 24 hours.
Since August 1, 2020, a total of 53,299 COVID-19-like pneumonia cases have been reported nationwide. The COVID-19-like pneumonia death toll stands at 823. The number of people recovered from the disease has totaled 52,015.
Notably, the country has registered 2,443 fresh COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours.
