Aurivo s milk products will be sold under Aldi s Clonbawn own brand
Co Sligo-based co-op Aurivo has secured a new €3.3m contract to supply fresh Irish milk to Aldi stores in Ireland.
Under the new contract, Aurivo will provide seven product lines including milk, skimmed milk enriched with Vitamins, protein milk and lactose free milk.
The liquid milk products will be sold under Aldi s Clonbawn own brand.
The milk is 100% farmed and processed in Ireland and features the National Dairy Council logo on its packaging.
Aurivo is the second largest liquid milk processor in the country and has partnered with Aldi since 2013, providing several dairy products including the supermarket s Kilkeely Gold spreadable butter.

As many as 150 jobs are at risk in Kerry Group’s Irish operations as the firm announces plans to move a major part of its business to Mexico and Malaysia.
In a statement issued to
AgriLand, a spokesman for Kerry said it had been “necessary to make organisational changes to reflect the evolution” of the group.
It explained the new “shared services” division, which will primarily be located in Mexico and Malaysia, will include finance, human resources and regulatory staff.
“With 150 sites across the world, the company is making a number of changes to ensure that it remains close to its growth markets while also simplifying the way that it operates,” it read.
