A WELLBEING coaching firm founded by an entrepreneur from Bolton has partnered up with a global health club group. Essentialise Workplace Wellbeing run by Lee Chambers has been selected as a mental wellbeing partner to Anytime Fitness UK. The group has over 175 clubs open in the UK and 4,000 clubs globally. They have unveiled a Panel of Health , tasked with supporting its members during the lockdown and beyond. The panel is composed of four experts: Dr Neil Stanley, director of sleep science at NHS-approved sleep programme Sleepstation; work/live balance expert Annabel Zicker; dietician Lucy Perrow and Lee Chambers. A MENTAL health and wellbeing coach has joined Anytime Fitness UK as a mental wellbeing partner. Lee will join a a Panel of Health that Anytime Fitness UK has tasked with the job of supporting members during the lockdown and beyond.
