British actor Idris Elba is all set to bring the emotion-laden father-son drama “Concrete Cowboy,” to Netflix on April 2 as the streamer has dropped a new official trailer.
The 48-year-old actor, Idris Elba, plays a father who wants to reconnect with his estranged son.
In September, the film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival, where Idris Elba told an American media outlet during an interview that there are misconceptions around Black cowboys in history.
“It feels really apt to be able to tell a part history that’s been definitely buried, and in the case of ‘Concrete Cowboy,’ that history is right now,” the actor pointed out.

Passion Play next month, and today, the artist has shared another new track from the record.
His latest single Genius of Song finds North questioning, in a fantastically meta fashion, how one should go about making a song.
He explained further in a release: I saw The
Genius of Painting in Spain. I d never heard of it but I love that idea. To me, this album looks like that, like a gaudy baroque painting. If not that, it looks like a technicolour Hollywood drama.

UK post-punk troupe Squid are due to release their debut album Bright Green Field in May, and ahead of its release, they ve shared another single from the effort.
Today, they ve dropped Paddling alongside a Felix Geen and Max Kreis-animated visualizer.
In a statement about their newly released song, they wrote:
Written from two different perspectives, Paddling is a song about the dichotomy between simple pleasures and decadent consumerism. Recounting a familiar scene from The Wind in the Willows
, the song reminds us that although we are humans, we are ultimately animals that are driven by both modern and primal instincts, leading to vanity and machismo around us in the everyday.
