Topics of discussion for the meeting include multiple requests for approval submitted by various local businesses, in addition to a request for a parade permit from VFW Post 3108 for its Memorial Day Parade, scheduled to take place May 31.

Lyman-Morse told the board that the company anticipates hiring 25 to 35 more employees with the development, and said there could an additional 20 to 30 non-Lyman-Morse jobs created.

With the proposed harbor construction, Lyman-Morse hopes to relieve boat congestion in the inner harbor, and address climate change effects, including the better protection of the public Steamboat Landing launch.

148-foot piling supported fixed pier with an 80-foot ADA-compliant gangway. The pier would be owned by the town and operated by Lyman-Morse;

The presentation by Lyman-Morse is at the top of the agenda, which also includes victualer license renewals, a discussion about upcoming consideration of tannery park projects, and warrant articles to be placed on the June Town Meeting warrant.
Lyman-Morse has proposed to build and operate a new pier and dock system for, and on behalf of, the Town of Camden. This proposal includes a new public harborwalk.
