By Illinois Supreme Court issued the following announcement on Dec. 15. A vacancy in office exists for the position of at large circuit judge in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit following the retirement of Judge Eugene P. Daugherity. The vacancy shall be filled by Supreme Court appointment pursuant to the Constitution of the State of Illinois.
