A dangerous driver has been jailed over a horror crash that left his friend and an innocent motorist dead and two others injured.
Wolverhampton Crown Court A Lancashire university graduate who gained the fourth highest marks nationally in accounting and management studies, has been jailed for a minimum of 22 years for his involvement in a double crossbow killing. Omar Ramzan, 24, who studied at Lancaster University and graduated with first class honours in 2018, was jailed on Friday, along with his father and a family friend. Omar s father, convicted drug-dealer Saghawat Ramzan used a crossbow to murder a rival gang member - kickboxer Khuzaimah Douglas - following a raid on the family’s cannabis factory in February last year. Saghawat, who also killed his younger brother Waseem Ramzan by mistake, around a minute before murdering Douglas, has been ordered to serve a minimum term of 33 years.

Crossbow murders
A double-killer who used a crossbow to murder his own brother and a rival gang member has been ordered to serve a minimum term of 33 years.
Convicted drug-dealer Saghawat Ramzan killed kickboxer Khuzaimah Douglas around a minute after fatally injuring his younger brother Waseem Ramzan by mistake, following a raid on the family’s cannabis factory.
Saghawat, his son Omar Ramzan and family friend Mohammed Sageer were all jailed for life at Wolverhampton Crown Court on Friday for their roles in killing the two victims.
