The apex court dismissed Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane s application for direct access to appeal a Western Cape High Court ruling.
The High Court had dismissed her application to interdict Parliament from continuing with removal proceedings against her.
The National Assembly will on Tuesday afternoon decide whether it wants to continue with these proceedings against her, amid division in the ANC on the matter.
