Share This - x The students of West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata have again secured record placements across all National Law Universities (NLUs) in the country for the graduating Batch of 2020. A total of 119 job offers were made to the Batch with many students receiving multiple job offers. A total of 78 students accepted job offers excluding the students who had standing job offers but decided to opt for alternative career options. The average annual packages offered by foreign law firms ranged from INR 42-46 lakhs and by top domestic law firms ranged from INR 15-18 lakhs. Students joining companies in the role of in-house counsels received packages ranging from INR 12-14 lakhs. Keeping in line with the diversity exhibited by previous batches, students in the Batch of 2020 have also opted for a range of diverse career paths.
