Arms Trade Treaty Obama Wants Us to Sign: What's In It

Update at the end of the story Iran, North Korea and Syria have currently blocked the Arms Trade Treaty. Of course they are the ones who need it the most. Mexico wants to go ahead without these nations, mostly because they want to control our right to individual gun ownership. Read about that in the article, “Mexican President demands tighter US gun control” The lesson from this is that President Barack Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry want us to agree to  this treaty and you need to know why. The treaty OMITS the right to individual self-defense. Remember it was not that many years ago when Justice Stevens said we had no inherent right to self-defense and, more recently, he said we have the right to call 911.

Biden Administration Says SCOTUS Should Not Hear New Hampshire's Objection to Nonresident Taxes

Biden Administration Says SCOTUS Should Not Hear New Hampshire’s Objection to Nonresident Taxes New Hampshire has no right to challenge Massachusetts’s allegedly unconstitutional pandemic-era policy of taxing out-of-state residents who work in their home state for employers located in Massachusetts, the Biden administration told the Supreme Court. Billions of dollars in income taxes paid by people who worked from home during the pandemic are at stake in this case, and conceivably in other states such as New York that tax nonresident income. The Biden administration was responding after the high court asked for its view of a lawsuit brought by New Hampshire last fall. Invoking the high court’s original jurisdiction to adjudicate disputes between the states, New Hampshire v. Massachusetts, court file No. 220154, was initiated by a bill of complaint on Oct. 19, 2020.

Letter: 147 in Congress used rule of law to raise election questions

Letter: 147 in Congress used rule of law to raise election questions Robert Klitzkie Rodney Jacob, you pose these rhetorical questions: “Yet, in the Electoral College proceedings, eight senators and 139 representatives objected to votes for Biden on grounds that the election results were invalid, notwithstanding the multiple rulings from our courts. “So, if we are a people supposedly governed by the rule of law, how can it be that anyone could challenge the final decisions of our courts? How could it be that among those people sowing distrust in our judicial decisions, are our elected leaders entrusted to ensure our institutions of justice are respected?”

2A Incrementalism vs All or Nothing: Restoring Second Amendment Rights

2A Incrementalism vs All or Nothing: Restoring Second Amendment Rights Ammoland Inc. Posted on Dean Weingarten on the steps of the Supreme Court. U.S.A. –-(AmmoLand.com)- This correspondent has been involved in the struggle to restore Second Amendment rights for more than 50 years. For much of that period, many of those who wanted the Second Amendment to be honored in the United States asked a simple question: Why doesn’t the NRA[or any other pro 2A group] bring a case to the Supreme Court? The assumption was the Supreme Court would rule in favor of the clear
